Student Success Coordinator

Montana State University is hiring a Student Success Coordinator to assist students in navigating academic and administrative processes from recruitment through graduation. This role coordinates undergraduate and graduate program activities, supports recruitment, retention, and student engagement, and develops initiatives to enhance the academic programs and student community. The coordinator will provide essential administrative support and collaborate with faculty and staff to strengthen departmental operations and student experiences.

• Serve as a primary resource for undergraduate and graduate students from entry to graduation, coordinating academic processes and faculty advising.
• Manage graduate admissions and track student milestones, ensuring proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Develop and coordinate student-focused activities and events to enhance recruitment, engagement, and community connection.
• Create and maintain clear communications and student resources including webpages, recruitment materials, and handbooks.
• Support academic planning by coordinating curriculum activities, course scheduling, and program assessments.
• Provide departmental administrative support including meeting and event logistics and office operations.
• Required skills include excellent communication, multitasking, record-keeping, and experience with information systems and software applications.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with academic advising, recruitment, student services, collaboration with faculty and administration, and knowledge of MSU policies.
• Position offers $21.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, and is benefits eligible.
