Job Description:

The Alliances Account Manager leads and supports revenue generation through the pursuit and development of new strategic alliances in the financial services ecosystem. This position focuses on building and growing mutually beneficial relationships with external organizations such as data providers, integration partners, and complementary solution companies to drive indirect and co-selling revenue opportunities. The role is responsible for all aspects of Zoot’s relationship with assigned accounts and for orchestrating revenue growth across those relationships.

The individual in this role must possess an understanding of our clients’ businesses, the industry and industry trends, a strong understanding of Zoot’s products and solutions, and a strong knowledge of best practices in consultative sales. This role is fast paced and evolving, requiring flexibility, initiative, and the ability to manage shifting priorities.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Execute and serve as subject matter expert in alliances and ecosystem relationship management.
  • Work closely with revenue and product team members to develop and activate prospecting strategies across accounts.
  • Achieve assigned quarterly and annual indirect revenue and alliance‑driven sales quotas.
  • Develop and execute alliance account strategies in support of opportunity creation and revenue growth.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to identify and establish new alliance relationships aligned to Zoot’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Create and maintain an accurate and timely pipeline of alliance‑sourced and alliance‑influenced opportunities in support of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Prioritize and pursue high‑fit organizations within defined ICP and target tiers using tools such as ABM platforms and buyer intent data.
  • Participate in trade shows and relevant industry events to generate leads, establish alliance opportunities, and increase brand awareness of Zoot and its solutions.
  • Maintain all required alliance documentation and opportunity tracking in Hub Spot.
  • Provide relevant and timely input to Marketing and Product teams in support of demand generation campaigns and identification of new product or integration opportunities.
  • Manage and advance alliance opportunities from early‑stage research through negotiation and contracting, including orchestration of internal SMEs and executive stakeholders to support progression.
  • Review alliance proposals.
  • Assist with development of presentations and materials for prospective alliance organizations.
  • Contribute to completion of RFI/RFP activities as required.
  • Support development and refinement of alliance processes to enable scalable growth and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Track and report on Zoot agreements and revenue performance with alliance organizations to ensure commitments are met and opportunities for expansion are identified.
  • Coordinate and participate in recurring alliance check‑in meetings to review KPIs, active opportunities, and areas for collaboration.
  • Educate and enable internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on the capabilities, value propositions, and strategic fit of alliance organizations, ensuring teams can effectively position combined solutions and identify new opportunity pathways.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, playbooks, and internal communications to increase awareness of ecosystem offerings and drive revenue adoption.
