About The Role
- Support Project Managers in the end‑to‑end execution of individual A&D deals
- Perform deal preparation work using established A&D process guidelines to ensure projects are set up correctly from the start
- Complete assigned tasks across internal systems and tools to support deal progression, accuracy, and compliance
- Track deal milestones, required deliverables, and deadlines to help ensure each transaction moves forward on schedule
- Monitor deal status and proactively flag risks, delays, or missing inputs to the Project Manager
- Coordinate with internal partners (Finance, Legal, Real Estate, IT, Operations, and Field teams) to gather required information and close task dependencies
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and follow‑up tied to deal reviews, approvals, and key checkpoints
- Maintain organized deal files and documentation to support visibility, reporting, and audit readiness
- Execute repeatable tasks consistently across multiple deals while adapting to deal‑specific complexity and timing
- Help ensure deals move timely and seamlessly by adhering to process standards, deadlines, and quality expectations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, administrative support, or a related role
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accountability and follow‑through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Sales Force and Share Point
- Experience working in virtual team environment
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal partners and field leadership
- A learning‑agile mindset with interest in growing into increased responsibility within A&D

Pay Range Information
The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or their eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage; can participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k) Plan), the Employee Assistance Program, (virtual) fitness center programs, and the associate discount program; are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit.
Pay Range
$25.10 - $37.64/Hr.
