Job Details

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Superintendent to join our team in the construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast‑paced, innovative team that is committed to excellence in the construction of healthcare facilities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare construction industry, with focus on TI, renovation, remodel, ground‑up, medical offices, and hospital rooms. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day operations of healthcare construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to develop and implement project plans.

Ensure all construction activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring they are delivered on time and are of high quality.

Oversee hiring, training, and supervision of construction workers and subcontractors.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out to the highest standards.

Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the construction process in a timely and effective manner.

Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.

Manage renovation and remodeling of existing healthcare facilities.

Oversee construction of new healthcare facilities from the ground up.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry, focusing on healthcare facilities.
Proven experience with TI, renovation, remodel, ground‑up, medical offices, and hospital rooms.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and project management skills.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
