We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Superintendent to join our team in the construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast‑paced, innovative team that is committed to excellence in the construction of healthcare facilities.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare construction industry, with focus on TI, renovation, remodel, ground‑up, medical offices, and hospital rooms. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
Responsibilities- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry, focusing on healthcare facilities.
- Proven experience with TI, renovation, remodel, ground‑up, medical offices, and hospital rooms.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
