Responsibilities include preparing time, cost, and labor estimates through consultation with clients and subcontractors, overseeing the subcontracting buy-out process, and maintaining industry relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess a B.S. degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering and have 5-7 years of estimating experience, primarily in general contracting. Strong proficiency in estimating software and ability to analyze technical documents are essential.
