Healthcare Superintendent

Long standing general contractor in Montana seeks a superintendent to support their growing medical division. Medical experience required.

Salary: $100,000 - $155,000 per year.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of healthcare construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to develop and implement project plans.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage the procurement of materials and equipment and ensure they are delivered on time and are of high quality.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out to the highest standards.
• Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the construction process in a timely and effective manner.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Manage the renovation and remodeling of existing healthcare facilities.
• Oversee the construction of new healthcare facilities from the ground up.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare facilities.
• Proven experience with TI, Renovation, Remodel, Ground Up, medical offices, and Hospital Rooms.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
