Executive Producer

SITKA is looking for an experienced Executive Producer to lead end-to-end production across our still and video content. This role is a functional leader within the Creative team, responsible for bringing creative work to life from initial scoping and pre-production through shoot execution, post-production, and final delivery.

The Executive Producer will partner closely with the Head of Creative & Creative Director, Creative team, Marketing, Product, Merchandising, and Sales to identify content needs, establish priorities, develop production approaches, and ensure work is delivered at the highest creative standard. The role will manage both internal resources and external production partners, balancing creative ambition with budgets, timelines, and business needs.

We are looking for a proven producer who knows how to make things happen. Someone who can lead a complex production, anticipate problems, build the right team, manage the details, and jump in wherever needed to get the work across the finish line.

This position will be located at our facility in Bozeman, Montana , with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement.

• Lead end-to-end production for still photography and video, from initial scope through final delivery.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Merchandising, and Sales to identify content needs and establish production priorities that support business and creative objectives.
• Work closely with the Creative Director and extended Creative team to translate creative concepts into executable productions.
• Lead external production partners, including production companies, directors, photographers, DPs, crews, editors, and other vendors.
• Own production budgets, estimates, schedules, contracts, scopes of work, invoices, and deliverables.
• Manage production logistics including locations, crews, travel, equipment, permits, insurance, releases, and other production requirements.
• Build and maintain a trusted network of external production talent and partners.
• Anticipate and solve production challenges while maintaining creative quality, budget, and timeline.
• Jump in wherever needed, whether on set, in pre-production, or behind the scenes, to keep projects moving and get the job done.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional production experience at a production company, agency, studio, or within an internal brand Creative organization
• Demonstrated experience managing production budgets, timelines, contracts, vendors, crews, and deliverables
• Experience leading external production partners and complex productions
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end production across both still photography and video
• Strong understanding of the full production process, from creative development and pre-production through post-production and final delivery
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple productions and competing priorities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, Product, Merchandising, Sales, and other business partners
• Strong creative judgment and the ability to understand what is required to execute ambitious creative work
• Willingness to be hands-on and work at any level of a production when needed
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
