• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints through written, telephonic, and face-to-face communication in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare adjustments for services not properly processed and forward issues for follow-up and resolution
• Meet all production, quality, and adherence standards while attending required training sessions
• Elevate complex issues to the next level of supervision as appropriate
• Maintain accurate records, including timekeeping documentation

• Must be a U.S. citizen and pass a background check due to Department of Defense contract requirements
• Minimum educational requirement:
  High School Diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service role that involves direct interaction with customers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure

• Experience in customer service within a call center environment
• Experience in a healthcare-related call center environment
