This is a full‑time remote role for an Atlassian Customer‑Facing Consultant. The consultant will interact with clients to understand their unique requirements, provide tailored advice on Atlassian tools, and ensure optimal product usage. Daily responsibilities include conducting client consultations, delivering actionable insights, managing customer satisfaction, offering pre‑ and post‑implementation support, and driving successful adoption of Atlassian solutions. The role requires consistent communication and collaboration to maintain client relationships and address challenges effectively.
Qualifications- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to resolve client concerns efficiently
- Strong Communication and Customer Contact skills to foster clear and effective interactions
- Client Counseling expertise to provide tailored strategies and solutions for diverse client needs
- Proficiency with Atlassian products (e.g., Jira, Confluence, JSM) and an understanding of agile methodologies
- Ability to work in a remote environment while managing time and priorities effectively
- Proven problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Experience with Dev Ops and ITSM is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
