Customer Service Representative

Hillyard, Inc. is currently taking applications for Customer Service Representative for our Customer Service team in Bozeman, MT. Do you have exceptional customer service experience? • Process Distribution and Customer Orders.
• Process inter‑departmental orders / sample and replacement orders.
• Process return orders.
• Track shipments.
• Perform account maintenance and updates.
• Process National Account orders, billing, follow up with Independent Distributors to assure order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Process credit memos.
• Maintain customer‑specific pricing.
• Monitor the open orders report.
• Operate the Northwest Missouri City Sales Office.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
