About the Role:

SITKA Gear is hiring a seasonal customer service associate in our Bozeman, MT, call center.

• Provide prompt and accurate responses to calls and emails
• Be the expert voice of the organization
• Have a professional demeanor in all written and verbal communication
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Troubleshoot and solve problems independently
• Provide timely feedback to the organization regarding product or service failures or customer concerns
• High attention to detail, accuracy and excellence in a very fast paced environment
• Partner with other associates and cross‑functional teams

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer knowledge and skills, including MS Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel
• At least one year of customer service experience

• Previous SITKA Gear experience
• Experience working with CRM Systems
• Experience with Zendesk Platforms
