Client Services Representative

Love helping people but prefer a role where your day is spent talking, problem-solving, and helping customers behind the scenes and not sitting at a front desk? A local bank is looking for a Client Services Representative to join their team in a phone-based customer service role. You’ll handle incoming calls, answer questions, resolve account issues, and help customers with everything from debit cards and online banking to payments and account requests.

This is a busy, phone-heavy position in a shared office environment, so it’s ideal for someone who enjoys staying engaged, working on the computer, and talking with customers throughout the day. Previous banking experience is preferred, but strong customer service experience will be considered as well. Weekends OFF!
