This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced team in a modern, supportive environment that values clinical excellence, teamwork, and professional growth.

New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and training from an experienced clinical team.

What Makes This Opportunity Unique?
  • Monday-Thursday schedule with no evenings or weekends
  • Consistent 7:00 AM-3:00 PM office hours
  • Every patient is scheduled for one-hour appointments, allowing time to provide thorough care and build patient relationships rather than rushing through appointments.

  • Utilization of OralDNA testing and advanced periodontal treatment protocols.
  • Laser-assisted periodontal therapy with training available for the right candidate.
  • Supportive doctor and team that encourage hygienists to take ownership of treatment planning and patient care decisions.
  • Stable practice with extremely low turnover and a collaborative, family-oriented culture.
What You'll Do

  • Take digital radiographs and assist with comprehensive patient assessments
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, preventive care, and treatment recommendations

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
  • Interest in periodontal therapy, preventive dentistry, and patient education
  • Team-oriented mindset with a desire to take ownership of patient care
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
  • $50-$60/hour, depending on experience

  • 401(k) with employer match (up to 3-4% match)
  • Paid time off
  • Dental insurance
  • Employee discounts
  • Professional development and continuing education support
  • Flexible scheduling when needed
About the Team

This is a close-knit, team-oriented practice with exceptional employee retention. The doctor is supported by two front office team members, two hygienists, and two dental assistants, creating a collaborative environment where every team member plays an important role in patient care. The practice values teamwork, professionalism, and treating employees like family.

Why Join This Practice?
  • Established patient base with a strong community reputation
  • Highly rated patient experience with over 500 five-star reviews
