Dental Hygienist

$50-$60/hour (based on experience) Full-Time Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

• Monday-Thursday schedule with no evenings or weekends
• Consistent 7:00 AM-3:00 PM office hours
• Every patient is scheduled for one-hour appointments, allowing time to provide thorough care and build patient relationships rather than rushing through appointments.
• Strong focus on periodontal therapy, oral-systemic health, and comprehensive patient education.
• Utilization of OralDNA testing and advanced periodontal treatment protocols.
• Laser-assisted periodontal therapy with training available for the right candidate.
• Supportive doctor and team that encourage hygienists to take ownership of treatment planning and patient care decisions.
• Stable practice with extremely low turnover and a collaborative, family-oriented culture.

• Perform dental hygiene procedures including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, periodontal therapy, and fluoride treatments
• Take digital radiographs and assist with comprehensive patient assessments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
• Participate in OralDNA testing and oral-systemic health initiatives
• Utilize laser therapy as part of periodontal treatment protocols (training available)
• Develop and present treatment recommendations in collaboration with the doctor
• Document clinical findings and maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience
• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards

• Current Dental Hygienist license in Montana (or ability to obtain)
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
• Interest in periodontal therapy, preventive dentistry, and patient education
• Team-oriented mindset with a desire to take ownership of patient care
