Key Responsibilities- Independently lead the studio architectural design staff throughout the project design and construction phases.
- Manage and mentor dynamic project teams where innovation thrives. Your leadership will foster collaboration across disciplines, turning ambitious designs into reality while developing tomorrow’s industry leaders.
- Drive excellence in architectural design and leadership.
- Engage innovative projects that shape our communities while leading high‑performing teams to new heights.
- Prepare, review, and approve construction documents, specifications, shop drawings and submittals to meet contracted scope of work and ensure correct interpretation and application of design and drafting principles.
Master’s Degree or higher in Architecture, and minimum of 10 years (15+ preferred) of professional experience in the building industry.
- Licensure in Architecture (NCARB certificate preferred).
- Excellent design skills, ensuring project detail and plan quality meet client and project standards.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects & teams simultaneously.
- Ability and desire to successfully mentor less experienced staff.
- Strong understanding of the IBC and accessibility codes.
- Outstanding organization, attentiveness to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize strategically and demonstrate flexibility to achieve long‑range goals.
- Ability to review in Autodesk Revit with a strong understanding of how to utilize these tools for effective design and seamless collaboration. Additional experience with Microsoft 365 and Bluebeam preferred.
