Bozeman Montessori is expanding! We are a community grounded in the belief that everyone has a unique part to play in the world. Our mission is to cultivate joyfully engaged individuals by providing a caring, intentional, and safe space for discovery. We are currently seeking dedicated, Montessori-trained educators who are ready to grow with us and help shape our blossoming environments.

Primary Co-Lead Guide (Ages 3–6)

We are looking for educators who honor the spiritual development of the child and possess high-level relationship skills. You are a fit if you:

• Hold (or are currently pursuing) a MACTE-accredited Montessori credential
• Demonstrate warmth, energy, and a love of community
• Have strong organizational and time management skills
• Are committed to the meticulous preparation of both indoor and outdoor environments
• Value professional growth and accept feedback with grace

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• Certification:
  Montessori credential is exceptional; however, we offer sponsor ships for the right candidates.

Must pass background checks, satisfy Montana licensing (immunization records), and hold (or obtain within one month) current Adult/Child CPR/First Aid and Montana-required health and safety trainings.
