Academic Services Lead, College of Letters & Science Dean's Office

Montana State University is hiring an Academic Services Lead for the College of Letters & Science Dean's Office. The role involves coordinating student services and providing high-level administrative support to the Dean team while delivering excellent customer service to a variety of constituents.

• Coordinate all programmatic student support activities for the College of Letters and Science Dean's Office.
• Provide high-level administrative assistance to the College's Dean team.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to students, faculty, staff, parents, alumni, and donors.
• Support and coordinate student recruitment, retention initiatives, and college-wide events like commencement and awards ceremonies.
• Manage awards, scholarships, research grants, and recognition processes.
• Support the CLS Curriculum Committee and academic service staff across departments.
• Occasional evening and weekend hours required for scheduled events.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and computer databases required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience; experience in an academic environment preferred.
• Salary is $24.04 per hour, commensurate with experience, education, and qualifications; benefits eligible.
