Community Educators teach about healthy relationships and the importance of avoiding sexual risks, body literacy and cycle tracking, and how to support pregnant women and their partners using a variety of curricula and interactive lessons in schools, churches, and other community venues.
A Community Educator may teach in the public schools with 45
North, in churches leading Safe Harbor seminars, or in the broader community teaching cycle tracking and body literacy to mothers and daughters. He or she is called in to work as needed, depending on Zoe Care's educational offerings, in locations across the Gallatin Valley. Mileage is reimbursed.
- Submission to Christ's leadership and guidance
- Participation in corporate worship at a local Christian church
- Agreement with Zoe Care's Organizational Statements and Confidentiality Statement
- High School Diploma
- Teaching experience is helpful (but not required)
