Cadence PCB Librarian

Role Overview

Aurora is hiring a Cadence PCB Librarian who will manage and create accurate symbols/models, from schematic to PCB footprints to 3D models, for all PCBA applications.

• Manage and create all PCB/PCBA symbols and models
• Collaborate with EE, PCB layout, and mechanical engineering teams

• Master of Cadence Library Creator tool
• Experience with Cadence ECAD‑MCAD tool
• 8+ years experience as a librarian
• Experience and working knowledge of IPC-7351 footprint standard
• Understanding of footprint design
• Experience with library configuration management
• Communicate effectively with multiple functional groups to complete part creations
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• System administration of Cadence tools
• PCB layout experience

The base salary range for this position is $163,000 – $210,000 per year
. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.

Hybrid work environment:
Aurorans are in office at least 3 days per week.
