• Strong background in structural engineering, project management, and client coordination
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality technical reports, letters, and project documentation
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and work independently with minimal supervision

• Demonstrate full proficiency in all responsibilities typically expected of a mid-level structural engineer
• Provide training, mentorship, and technical support to junior engineering staff
• Lead and coordinate the preparation of structural calculations, drawings, specifications, reports, and professional correspondence
• Support project managers with project coordination and overall team management
• Contribute to improving existing calculation templates and developing new tools and processes
• Ensure design quality, adherence to schedules, and compliance with project budgets
• Serve as lead project engineer, overseeing and reviewing work completed by other team engineers
• Assist with the development of fee proposals and contracts
• Participate in project closeout activities, evaluating performance and recommending improvements
• Engage in meetings with clients, project stakeholders, and regulatory authorities
• Support senior leadership in business development and marketing initiatives
• Consistently demonstrate professionalism and commitment to organizational values

• Minimum 8 years of industry experience
• P.E. license in civil or structural engineering
• Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
