Compensation: Up to $160,000 base salary (DOE)

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead complex commercial and industrial mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to manage all aspects of mechanical scopes including HVAC, plumbing, and piping. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and driven to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

• Manage full lifecycle of mechanical construction projects ($5M–$30M+)
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, field staff, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, safety, and code compliance standards
• Track job costs, change orders, submittals, and RFIs
• Provide mentoring and direction to project engineers and junior PMs
• Maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts

• 8–10+ years of experience in mechanical contracting project management
• Demonstrated success managing HVAC, piping, and plumbing projects in commercial/industrial sectors
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction methods, and code compliance
• Proficient in project management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred

• Base salary up to $160,000 (commensurate with experience)
