T‑Mobile is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Field Technician to support and strengthen our network operations in the State of Montana that will be responsible for sites within areas east of Butte, MT and north of Billings, MT. This role serves as a technical leader in the field, driving network performance, leading outage resolution efforts, and mentoring the next generation of technicians.
Job Responsibilities- Provide technical direction and support to improve network performance and resolve outages within and beyond the immediate team
- Lead key projects and initiatives, guiding junior technicians and reporting progress and challenges effectively
- Identify and develop process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities, recommending implementation to management
- Create training materials and facilitate training sessions to maintain and enhance team technical skills and knowledge
- Also responsible for other duties/projects assigned by business management as needed
- Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Vocational/Technical Training or related field (Preferred)
- 4-7 years Experience in Field operations and maintenance, with a proven track record of success
- 4-7 years Wireless telecommunications or other related experience
- Radio Frequency Engineering (Required)
- Nokia RAN equipment and Ceragon Microwave Equipment experience (Required)
- Electronics (Required)
- Expert operational knowledge and theory of all interconnecting circuits to include but not limited to RF transmitters, antenna systems, AAV, fiber, microwave radio and AC‑DC power systems, and AI
- Problem Solving / Troubleshooting – solves problems using creativity and innovation (Required)
- Computer Fluency with ability to use programs such as Microsoft Office Suite (Required)
- Communication (Required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention To Detail (Required)
- Self‑motivated; exhibits initiative in achieving company goals and objectives
- Leadership skills and ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

- Flexible hours are a must. Day and night work, as well as being part of an on‑call rotation for the market, includes weekends and holidays
- At least 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle

Base Pay Range: $29.88 - $53.90
Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
