Program Buyer (3–5 years experience)

Location: Remote

We are looking for a Program Buyer with 3–5 years of experience to support sourcing activities across product development programs. This role will focus on supplier management, cost analysis (piece & tooling), and cross-functional coordination to ensure program targets are met.

• Manage sourcing activities for assigned programs from RFQ to sourcing nomination
• Analyze supplier quotations (piece cost & tooling cost) and support cost evaluations
• Collaborate with engineering using BOMs, drawings, and technical data
• Support cost breakdown analysis (material, labor, overhead, tooling)
• Participate in Design to Cost (DTC) initiatives
• Support benchmarking activities and market analysis
• Track and ensure alignment with program milestones and EDD (Expected Delivery Dates)
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders (engineering, quality, finance)
• Assist in identifying cost reduction opportunities

• 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or program buying
• Experience analyzing supplier quotes and cost structures
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (electronics, mechanical, etc.)
• Experience working with BOMs and technical documentation
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment
• English proficiency (professional working level)
