We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in civil engineering principles, demonstrated experience in structural design, and the ability to manage project tasks with increasing independence. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of a variety of structures, ensuring they are safe, sustainable, and compliant with all regulatory standards.
Our team of dedicated professionals works on diverse projects ranging from residential developments to complex commercial structures.
- Contribute to the structural design and analysis of building projects with minimal oversight.
- Prepare and review detailed structural drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design intent, safety standards, and building codes.
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers, architects, and project managers throughout the design and construction phases.
- Lead portions of projects and mentor junior team members as needed.
- Utilize software tools for structural modeling, load calculations, and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in structural engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD and structural analysis software (experience with Revit, ETABS, or RISA is a plus).
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and project priorities.
