Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) is expanding its Montana operations and seeks a Principal Lending Manager of Retail Mortgage Lending to drive growth across branches.
The role leads recruitment, training, and motivation of branch staff, manages referral networks, and ensures compliance with mortgage laws and PRMI policies while maintaining QC standards.
Licenses required:
Mortgage Loan Originator and Mortgage Principal Lending Licenses. Full‑time, Monday–Friday in Bozeman.
