These accounts may include trusts, estates, conservatorships, investment agencies, and IRA accounts.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, coordinating with internal and external partners, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, state laws, governing documents, and applicable policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains and administers a full book of existing accounts in full compliance with bank policies and procedures, applicable state laws, account documents, and regulations established by the Federal Reserve and the State Banking Commissioner.

Administers a variety of personal trust accounts; reviews and interprets trust agreements and related documents.

Assists in the administration of estates, including marshalling and distributing assets and resolving claims against the estate.

Oversees both onboarding and termination of accounts.

Administers a variety of unique and special assets, including obtaining valuations, inspections, and other required due diligence.

Identifies, assesses, and manages risks associated with client accounts, including legal, financial, and reputational risks.

Works closely with clients and Wealth Advisors to establish comprehensive financial and estate plans.

Coordinates with legal and tax professionals to ensure all trust documentation and required tax filings are accurate, timely, and compliant.

Reviews and maintains familiarity with all relevant information for assigned accounts, including financial and tax status, risk tolerances, investment objectives, and cash flow needs.

Conducts regular reviews of trust accounts to ensure compliance with trust terms and applicable regulations.

Assists and supports Wealth Advisors in business development opportunities, including new client relationships and expanding existing Wealth Management and First Interstate Bank client relationships through maintenance, updates, and implementation of active financial plans.

Assists Wealth Advisors in servicing accounts, completing account service calls in accordance with departmental standards to retain and expand current client relationships.

Provides superior customer service and maintains strong relationships with clients, responding promptly to all inquiries and requests.

Maintains accurate and detailed electronic records of client account holdings, transactions, and file documentation in an organized manner for easy review.

Prepares and presents regular account status updates to clients and/or senior management as needed.

Works closely with other departments (such as Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Audit) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Performs other duties as assigned.
