Pay & Compensation$23/hour base pay + tips
Average $30–$40/hour total compensation

Assist with recruiting, training, and onboarding

Maintain a positive, professional team environment
QualificationsActive Montana Cosmetology or Barber License (Required)
Previous salon leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
Available for evenings and weekends as needed
