About the roleSupport residents with safe, timely medication assistance while promoting dignity and independence.
You’ll collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and families in a person-first environment.
What you’ll doAdminister medications per policy; document accurately
Observe and report changes in condition promptly
Assist with ADLs and provide supportive companionship
Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures
Use healthcare software and complete task lists reliably
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Calm, compassionate presence with strong communication
Computer comfort; quick learner of new software
Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities
Team player who accepts feedback and builds trust
Certified Medication Aide/Assistant roles in senior living
Caregiving, hospitality, or customer service
Volunteer work with vulnerable populations
At least 18 years of age
CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
Current negative TB test
Able to pass a criminal background check
Able to carry/transfer up to 25 lbs with assistance
