Job Responsibilities
  • Design and implement tailored speech therapy treatment plans based on Speech/Language Pathology principles.
  • Provide safe and effective patient care, adhering to scope of practice and organizational policies.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized goals for patients.
  • Document all clinical findings and ensure compliance with regulatory mandates.
  • Participate in departmental and community projects to enhance rehabilitation services.
  • Maintain equipment and uphold standards of care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Qualifications
  • Montana Speech/Language Pathology license or eligibility to obtain within 30 days.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Capability to connect to the internet for data exchange.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record if driving is required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
Work Schedule

Day shift, 8 hours. Schedules may vary to meet organizational needs.
