Dually Licensed Addictions Counselor; LAC​/Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor; LCPC

We are a Federally Qualified Health Center seeking a dual-licensed LCPC and Licensed Addictions Counselor to join our behavioral health team in Hamilton, MT.

This full-time role provides mental health and substance use disorder services within a primary care setting, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and individual counseling. The clinician collaborates with medical providers to support whole-person care.

• Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Montana
• Minimum 2 years’ experience conducting assessments and treatment preferred
• Ability to commute or relocate to Hamilton, MT
