🧲 MRI Technologist – Requirement Summary🚨 Mandatory Requirement

The Tech MUST be registered in MRI through
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT – MR credential required).

• Graduate of a CAHEA-accredited Radiology program
• Active ARRT certification
• Certified MRI Technologist (ARRT-MR)

The MRI Tech:

• Performs MRI exams as ordered by licensed practitioners
• Produces diagnostic-quality images for interpretation
• Assists radiologists during procedures
• Ensures proper documentation, archiving, and billing
• Retrieves and maintains patient imaging records
• Supports hospital quality improvement initiatives

This is not a cross-trained X-ray tech role.
Candidate must:
✔ Be ARRT certified
✔ Be specifically MRI registered (ARRT-MR)
✔ Be able to work independently performing MRI exams
