• Perform general nuclear medicine examinations and quality control measures, including PET/CT as requested by medical staff
• Assist radiologists and other clinical staff during exams and procedures
• Complete documentation for interpretation, reporting, archival, and retrieval of exams
• Verify written/electronic orders and related health information to ensure timely performance and reporting
• Manage administration, receipt/return, decay, and disposal of radioactive materials in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in monitoring and improvement of hospital quality indicators as described in the strategic plan

• Graduation from a CAHEA-accredited Allied Health program or equivalent
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in nuclear medicine or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB)
• American Heart Association BLS certification (preferred)
• One year post‑graduate work experience as a registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist (preferred)
• Ability to work in a hospital-based acute care environment and to handle radioactive materials in compliance with regulations
