Overnight caregivers need more than a quiet building and a phone number to call. Staying alert, noticing changes, following the care plan, and helping someone remain safe through the night takes focus and professionalism.
At Experience Professional Care Solutions in Bozeman, Montana, we value caregivers who do their best work when most people are asleep. This is an awake 10-hour overnight caregiver shift from 9 PM–7 AM, paying $26–$29/hour
, which includes our +$3/hour overnight Premium Pay differential.
We serve clients throughout Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan, Three Forks, and Livingston.

What You'll Actually Do- Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including toileting, dressing, grooming, transfers, and mobility support
- Monitoring client safety and providing assistance throughout the night
- Dementia and Alzheimer's care, Parkinson's care, and end-of-life support, depending on the client
- Companionship and reassurance when a client is awake
- Medication reminders
- Meal or snack preparation and light housekeeping
- Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
- Clear, timely documentation and communication with our care team
- Supporting morning routines as outlined in the client's care plan
Clients are adults ages 18+ and range from short-term recovery after a hospital stay through long-term and end-of-life care.

Overnight SchedulingWe are specifically looking for our 9 PM–7 AM overnight shift block
. This is a 10-hour awake shift. Overnight caregivers must remain awake, attentive, and ready to respond to client needs throughout the entire shift.
Caregivers are scheduled based on their submitted availability and client needs.
