Oversee the day-to-day night operation of the property including front desk operations and financial reconciliation and reporting;
Ensure front office activities meet established standards and protect guest confidentiality;
Assist guests, team members, and vendors during shifts and maintain a safe environment;
Communicate with other departments to keep staff informed of updates and issues;
Operate the front desk systems, PBX, and radio paging as per procedures
