We are expanding our team in California and Montana and are looking for passionate, professional Front of House Event Staff and Bar Staff to join us for upcoming events. • Deliver elevated table service including plated, coursed, family‑style, and cocktail‑style service
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally
• Maintain a polished, composed presence in high‑profile outdoor environments
• Collaborate with the kitchen team, Event Producer, and FOH Manager to ensure seamless event execution
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest interaction at all times

• Execute full bar service in an outdoor event setting
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
• Monitor guests responsibly and adhere to all alcohol service guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked bar station throughout the event
• Engage guests warmly and knowledgeably about beverage offerings

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event service, banquet service, or hospitality
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain composure in fast‑paced, outdoor environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and terrain conditions
• Must be comfortable on feet, on beach for extended periods
• Must be comfortable
• Valid alcohol service certification required (TIPS or Serv Safe Alcohol) or willingness to obtain prior to first shift

• Experience working large‑scale private events, weddings, or luxury dining experiences
• Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and fine dining service etiquette
• Experience with VIP or high‑profile clientele
• Fine dining or hospitality training or certifications a plus
