Reports to:
Bell Captain. Pay: $20 per hour.
We seek a friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Bell Attendant to join our hotel team. This cross‑trained position is essential for delivering an excellent guest experience by assisting with luggage, providing transportation services, supporting front‑desk operations, helping with banquet setup and teardown, and maintaining clean and welcoming common areas throughout the hotel.
Responsibilities Guest Services / Bellman Duties- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with luggage and escort them to guest rooms.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Deliver items to guest rooms as requested.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
- Cross‑train and assist with front‑desk operations as needed.
- Help answer phones and assist guests with questions or requests.
- Support check‑in and check‑out procedures during busy periods.
- Communicate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Safely transport guests using the hotel shuttle.
- Assist guests entering and exiting the shuttle vehicle.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of shuttle vehicles.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
- Assist with banquet room setup and teardown for meetings and events.
- Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and equipment according to event specifications.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet and event spaces.
- Clean and maintain hotel common areas, entrances, and public spaces.
- Assist other departments as needed to support overall hotel operations.
- Respond promptly to guest concerns and requests.
- Follow all hotel safety, security, and service standards.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting; ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
