• Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently according to hotel procedures and standards.
• Maintain proficiency with the property management system.
• Operate the PBX and radio paging system according to procedures.
• Establish appropriate guest credit at check-in; issue room keys and familiarize guests with hotel services and areas.
• Manage guest issues effectively, balancing guest needs with business objectives.
• Use discretion and professionalism in resolving conflicts; consult management for assistance when needed.
• Conduct follow-up with guests and fellow team members as required.
• Make restaurant, transportation, activity, or entertainment reservations on behalf of guests.

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling and computerized point-of-sale experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

• Hourly pay: $22.00
