Columbia Hospitality - 122 West Main Street - Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day night operation of the property including front desk operations, and financial reconciliation and reporting;
Handle guest check-in and check-out processes including room credits and keys;
Respond to guest issues and concerns and resolve as necessary;
Maintain a clean, organized front office and lobby area and ensure equipment is properly maintained;
Operate the property management system and PBX/Radio paging system per procedures
