General Manager

About the Role:

The General Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our hospitality establishment, ensuring that all aspects of service, food quality, and guest satisfaction are met to the highest standards. This position requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage a diverse team, drive sales initiatives, and maintain cost control measures to enhance profitability. The General Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing operational policies that align with the company's goals while fostering a positive work environment.

Additionally, this role involves analyzing financial reports, managing budgets, and optimizing P&L statements to ensure the financial health of the establishment. Ultimately, the General Manager will be the key driver of success, ensuring that both guests and staff have an exceptional experience.

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or food service industry.
• Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting and cost control.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with corporate sales and project management in the hospitality sector.
• Familiarity with current trends in the food and beverage industry.

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and lead a diverse team, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in food and beverage services.
• Monitor and control costs, including food costs and labor expenses, to maximize profitability.
