Recruiter, HR / Recruitment Consultant
And finding great talent takes more than posting a job and hoping for the best.
The J2T Recruiting team is growing in Montana, and we’re looking for an exceptional Recruiter to join us. In this role, you’ll help Montana-based companies find the people who actually move the needle in their business.
This is not a post-and-pray recruiting role. You won’t be sitting back waiting for applicants to roll in. Instead, you’ll be out in the market—building relationships, having real conversations, and proactively identifying top professionals, even when they’re not actively looking.
What you’ll actually be doingYou’ll spend your time building genuine relationships with professionals across Montana. You’ll learn what motivates them, what kind of roles excite them, and when it might make sense to explore something new. When a client needs help, you’ll already know who could be a great fit.
You’ll interview candidates regularly and dig deeper than a résumé. You’ll understand their track record, how they’ve gone above and beyond, and what they’re really looking for next. Your goal is simple: only introduce candidates you’d personally stand behind.
At J2T, we don’t just fill seats; we become experts in our market
, and our clients trust us to guide them.
This role is heavily focused on recruiting within construction, engineering, and architecture
. Experience in these industries is a big plus, but curiosity and confidence go a long way. While you may touch other industries, this will be your primary lane.

, bringing in your own clients and helping expand the J2T book of business.
