Position OverviewAs a Workforce Consultant, you’ll make a direct and meaningful impact by helping individuals unlock their career potential and connect with opportunity. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with job seekers to create personalized employment plans, deliver one‑on‑one coaching, and guide skill development that leads to real results. You’ll also build strong relationships with local employers, lead engaging workshops, and share valuable labor market insights—acting as the vital link between a motivated workforce and the businesses that need their talents.
