We’re seeking an experienced Digital Demand Generation Manager to lead digital marketing efforts and drive global growth. You will own performance campaigns, marketing automation, lead generation, and campaignoptimization, particularly as we expand internationally.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Design,launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (search,display, social, paid media)
• Operate and optimize Hub Spot campaigns: email marketing, nurture flows, leadscoring, automation
• Workcross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and content teams todevelop integrated demand strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and key metrics; analyze data to drive optimization and scaling
• Planand execute international/digital demand campaigns, adapting to localcontexts
• Conduct
  
  A/B testing, landing page optimization, and continuous performance improvements

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5+years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with Hub Spot or equivalent marketing automation platforms
• Proven track record running B2B campaigns in tech, SaaS, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills—ability to turn data into action
• Experience managing or scaling campaigns internationally is a plus
• Self-motivated,results-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity

• This is a full-time salaried position.
• Salary is commensurate with education, experience, and skills.
• This position is intended to be based at Bridger’s facility in Bozeman, MT.
