About the roleWe’re seeking an experienced Digital Demand Generation Manager to lead digital marketing efforts and drive global growth. You will own performance campaigns, marketing automation, lead generation, and campaign optimization, particularly as we expand internationally.
What you’ll do- Design, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (search, display, social, paid media)
- Operate and optimize Hub Spot campaigns: email marketing, nurture flows, lead scoring, automation
- Work cross‑functionally with sales, product marketing, and content teams to develop integrated demand strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and key metrics; analyze data to drive optimization and scaling.
- Plan and execute international/digital demand campaigns, adapting to local contexts
- Conduct A/B testing, landing page optimization, and continuous performance improvements.
- 3–5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing.
- Hands‑on experience with Hub Spot or equivalent marketing automation platforms.
- Proven track record running B2B campaigns in tech, SaaS, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills—ability to turn data into action
- Experience managing or scaling campaigns internationally is a plus
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity
