We’re seeking freelance UX/UI Design Consultants to join our talent collective and support a range of clients across industries. This role is ideal for designers who can blend user-centered thinking with strong visual design to create intuitive, high-performing digital experiences. Projects may include website and landing page design, product interface design, design system development, and conversion-focused UX improvements. Contract engagements typically range from 10–40 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Design intuitive and visually compelling user experiences across web and mobile
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to bring designs to life
- Optimize user flows and interfaces to improve engagement and conversion
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Translate business and user needs into effective design solutions
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance data
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work across digital products or websites
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Experience designing for responsive and mobile-first environments
- Ability to balance usability, aesthetics, and business goals
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Comfort working across different industries, products, and audiences
- Experience with conversion-focused design or CRO principles
- Familiarity with front-end development constraints (HTML, CSS, basic JS)
- Experience in high-growth startup environments
- Experience supporting both strategic planning and hands-on execution
