Our Technology department is seeking a full‑time IT Specialist for the year‑round position located in Big Sky, Montana.

The purpose of the IT Specialist is to provide exceptional customer service and IT support to our employees.

Major Responsibilities
  • Ensure that each Member and guest receives outstanding service in a friendly environment, greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest, maintaining service standards, strong product knowledge, and all other components of guest service.
  • Guarantee Member satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to Members at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally, and ensure all transactions are handled legally and ethically.
  • Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure environment for team members, Members and guests at all times.
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all Yellowstone Club team members to foster a positive working environment.
Essential Job Functions
  • Answer help‑desk calls and document resolutions.
  • Handle multiple tasks at a time and properly prioritize resolution order.
  • Troubleshoot software and applications, including general PC/workstation support, basic network troubleshooting, AV support, and assist with installations and upgrades of a wide range of software.
  • Provide technical support and basic training to employees.
  • Gather necessary information from users and systems to troubleshoot tickets to completion.
  • Take ownership of all support tickets and effectively escalates when required.
  • Create new users (across all systems) and email accounts.
  • Document important information.
  • Maintain confidentiality concerning the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network.
  • Bring to IT management any documentation that is out of date or needs revision.
  • Troubleshoot, order, backup and restore iPhones.
  • Run, terminate and test cable.
  • Order and deploy workstations.
  • Familiarity with AD, Exchange and Office 365.
  • Work individually and as part of a team.
  • Collaborate within a team on a wide variety of projects.
  • Have strong communication skills.
  • Assist with IT infrastructure deployment of all new buildings, sites and remodels.
Other Duties And Responsibilities
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner by established club policies, procedures and service standards.
  • Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality, attendance and consistency standards.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Work outside in a variety of conditions including heat, cold, rain and snow.
  • Climb ladders and use other equipment to access tough‑to‑reach locations.
  • Treat Members, guests, vendors, customers and coworkers with professionalism and respect at all times.
  • Maintain the privacy of members at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with all employees, supervisors, managers and directors.
  • Perform work in a safe and high‑quality manner.
  • Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club to Members and guests at all times.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays; long hours may be required due to business demands.
