Must haves:

• 8+ years' of experience in data management and database systems
• 3+ years experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure
• Strong experience with Postgre
  
  SQL and MSSQL server
• SQL querying, scripting, and managing databases
• Experience developing and/or implementing data governance and security practices
• Experience developing and/or maintaining business intelligence reporting technologies such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Experience supporting development teams that run on Microsoft's tech stack, preferably .Net

Plusses:

• AWS Certifications
• Experience with federal workforce development programs
• AWS Data Services experience (Glue, EMR, Athena, Lambda, S3)
• Experience migrating databases from EC2 to AWS (RDS, Aurora, Redshift)

They will establish security, backup, and disaster recovery protocols, optimize database performance, and support Tableau reporting solutions for federal workforce programs.
