• Project Documentation
  :
  Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Meeting Facilitation
  :
  Schedule project stand‑ups or briefings, take detailed minutes, and track follow‑up action items.
• Resource Coordination
  :
  Help manage team calendars and ensure project assets (files, briefs, tools) are accessible to all stakeholders.
• Risk & Issue Tracking
  :
  Maintain the project RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions) log under senior PM guidance.
• Communication
  :
  Act as a bridge between departments to ensure clear information flow and deadline awareness.
• Product Support
  :
  Capture and document technical requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria for the product team.
• Implementation Troubleshooting
  :
  Liaise with Tech and Ops teams during product roll‑outs.
• Timeline Monitoring
  :
  Track project timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure smooth delivery.

• Final‑year students pursuing a degree that develops analytical, organizational and communication skills (e.g., STEM, philosophy, economics, social sciences).
• Interest in financial services, fintech, or crypto markets.
• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about how technology and finance intersect.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and a quick learner.
• Genuine desire to learn project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.).
