About the roleBridger Photonics is seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and results‑driven Digital Demand Generation Strategist to join our growing marketing organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this role will serve as a foundational digital marketing hire and play a critical role in scaling the company’s aggressive growth initiatives.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build and own modern B2B demand generation strategies from the ground up. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in digital marketing, paid media, account‑based marketing (ABM), marketing automation, and performance optimization, and thrives in high‑growth environments where strategy, execution, and measurable business impact go hand in hand.
This role will be instrumental in driving pipeline growth, expanding international market reach, building scalable digital programs, and developing sophisticated remarketing and nurture strategies that support Bridger’s continued market leadership.
What you’ll do- Own and execute Bridger Photonics’ digital demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
- Develop and scale multi‑channel digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, display, retargeting, and ABM initiatives.
- Lead strategy and execution for international digital growth efforts, including audience targeting, localization considerations, and market expansion campaigns.
- Build and optimize sophisticated remarketing and lead nurture programs to improve conversion rates and accelerate sales cycles.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Linked In Ads, continuously improving ROI and campaign performance.
- Utilize Hub Spot to build, automate, track, and optimize lead generation and nurture workflows throughout the buyer journey.
- Partner closely with sales and marketing leadership to develop and execute account‑based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting high‑value prospects and enterprise accounts.
- Drive SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives to improve discoverability, search performance, and visibility across both traditional and AI‑powered search experiences.
- Analyze campaign performance and pipeline metrics using tools such as Hub Spot and Google Analytics, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Own digital marketing KPIs including lead generation, marketing qualified leads (MQLs), conversion rates, cost per acquisition, pipeline contribution, and return on ad spend.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate spend strategically across channels to maximize performance and efficiency.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and best practices in B2B demand generation, AI‑driven search optimization, paid media, and marketing technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B digital marketing and demand generation, preferably within technology, SaaS, energy, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high‑performing digital demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Strong expertise with Hub Spot, including marketing automation, lead scoring, workflow development, reporting, and campaign management.
