The Reporting & Analytics Student Associate at the Montana State University Alumni Foundation ("Alumni Foundation") is responsible for providing assistance to staff members of the Advancement Services and Reporting & Analytics team. This team supports organizational decision-making by maintaining accurate information, developing reports, improving processes, and assisting departments across the organization with data and information needs. The duties of this position include but are not limited to: data quality support, information maintenance, reporting assistance, documentation, and special projects related to data and technology.
This position reports to the Director, Reporting & Analytics.
Anticipated distribution of time and effort outlined below.
- 40% Data Quality and Information Maintenance
- 35% Reporting and Information Support
- 25% Various Other Projects

SpecialSkills and Qualifications
Students pursuing coursework or degrees in one or more of the following areas are encouraged to apply:

Prior experience is not required. A willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, and an interest in working with data and information are highly valued.
