EDI Assessment Or Gap Analysis
Rapidly growing client needs an EDI Assessment or GAP Analysis done to help streamline things and set up the best EDI processes moving forward. They have 3-4 trading partners set up and running but are trying to get to about 10 to be onboarded this year. They're back-end system is Oracle/Net Suite. They're EDI software/B2B manager and VAN are through Celigo.
They have some small trading partners tied into SPS Commerce and their transaction sets are the typical 810/850/856/997/846. This client has a handful of brands. They're debating on whether or not they should keep each of these brands as separate subsidiaries or combine them all. They're not sure what is easier for finance and/or simplicity in EDI. But they're hoping in the long run they can get someone to help with EDI onboarding/implementation guidelines, EDI mapping, EDI testing, and support.
Any experience working with Walmart as a trading partner would be very helpful as well.
