The Specialist Technician for Installing Auto Glass is a key member of our team, responsible for the quality and efficient installation of automotive glass and related products such as side mirrors, sliders, back and door glass, and ADAS recalibrations. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and fellow employees.

Ideally you have prior experience in the auto glass industry and have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers. You are self-motivated, thrive in fast‑moving environments, and can manage time to effectively meet deadlines.

• Install auto glass
• Ensure efficient use of materials
• Complete jobs in a proper manner regarding safe installations
• Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed on mobile jobs
• Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
• Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
• Execute Service with Advanced Training (SWAT)
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross‑training in related positions

• Prior experience in the auto or flat glass industry is a plus
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Proficiency to navigate tablet based technology

Compensation: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour
